Blue Meridian Advisory is an operator-led e-commerce growth firm founded by three ex-Amazon leaders who built the category, compliance, and seller growth systems that Amazon’s best sellers run on. We bring that same operating discipline to mid-market consumer brands, running their growth across marketplaces, quick commerce, and D2C.

Between us we have more than 21 combined years inside Amazon and oversight of over $2B in marketplace GMS across five global markets. We are early-stage and fast-moving, which means you work directly with the founders, you see the whole picture, and the work you do shows up in the numbers quickly.

The Role

Why this role matters.

Quick commerce is where consumer brands are being won and lost right now, and most brands have no idea how to operate it. You will. This is a channel measured in minutes, where availability, visibility, and city-level demand planning decide whether a brand sells or sits invisible. You own that edge for our brands.

You will take brands onto new quick commerce platforms, build their presence from scratch, and then push the levers that drive velocity. It is operational, it is fast, and the feedback loop is immediate. If you like seeing the result of a decision the same week you make it, this is your channel.

What You’ll Do

The work itself.

  • Manage platform operations and listings across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Big Basket.
  • Run demand planning and protect dark-store availability across cities.
  • Drive visibility and manage ad placements on each platform.
  • Track fill rate, ready-to-dispatch performance, and order velocity by city and platform.
  • Launch brands onto new quick commerce platforms and build their presence from the ground up.
What You’ll Bring

What a strong candidate looks like.

2 to 4 years in quick commerce operations or D2C operations in India. If you are close to this and exceptional, we still want to hear from you.

  • Platform expertise across the major Indian quick commerce players.
  • Strong execution in a fast fulfilment environment; you stay calm and precise under speed.
  • A feel for demand planning and the data that drives availability.
  • Bias to action and comfort owning operational outcomes.
