Blue Meridian Advisory is an operator-led e-commerce growth firm founded by three ex-Amazon leaders who built the category, compliance, and seller growth systems that Amazon’s best sellers run on. We bring that same operating discipline to mid-market consumer brands, running their growth across marketplaces, quick commerce, and D2C.

Between us we have more than 21 combined years inside Amazon and oversight of over $2B in marketplace GMS across five global markets. We are early-stage and fast-moving, which means you work directly with the founders, you see the whole picture, and the work you do shows up in the numbers quickly.

The Role

Why this role matters.

This role starts from the business objective and works backwards. You take a brand’s revenue goal, reverse-engineer it into a marketing funnel, then build and scale the campaigns that deliver it. Acquisition, conversion, and retention are all yours to influence, and you own the numbers that prove it worked.

You will run paid media across Google and Meta, sharpen the on-site experience that converts the traffic you buy, and grow the organic discovery that lowers the cost of everything. You optimise backwards from unit economics, not forwards from spend. If you think in CAC and contribution margin rather than impressions, you will feel at home here.

What You’ll Do

The work itself.

  • Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue against each brand’s goals.
  • Define bidding strategies and run rigorous A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Own SEO and on-site SEO optimisation to grow organic discovery.
  • Set up and manage tracking and attribution: GA4, Google Tag Manager, and pixels or events.
  • Analyse CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and CPM, and explain why the metrics moved, not just what they did.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on performance-ready creative and with web on landing-page conversion.
  • Deliver weekly performance reporting and clear insight.
What You’ll Bring

What a strong candidate looks like.

2 to 4 years in performance or growth marketing, ideally with D2C exposure. If you are close to this and exceptional, we still want to hear from you.

  • Expert, hands-on command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Solid grounding in SEO and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Hands-on tracking and attribution: GA4, GTM, and pixels.
  • Fluency with the metrics that matter (CAC, CVR, CTR, ROAS) and the discipline to optimise backwards from unit economics.
  • Comfort working with Shopify or a similar platform.

Good to have: programmatic or affiliate exposure, and broader e-commerce growth knowledge.
