Blue Meridian Advisory is an operator-led e-commerce growth firm founded by three ex-Amazon leaders who built the category, compliance, and seller growth systems that Amazon’s best sellers run on. We bring that same operating discipline to mid-market consumer brands, running their growth across marketplaces, quick commerce, and D2C.

Between us we have more than 21 combined years inside Amazon and oversight of over $2B in marketplace GMS across five global markets. We are early-stage and fast-moving, which means you work directly with the founders, you see the whole picture, and the work you do shows up in the numbers quickly.

The Role

Why this role matters.

On a marketplace, what your product looks like decides whether it sells. You are the person who makes our brands look like they belong at the top of the category. You will design the listings, A+ content, ad creative, and brand stores that turn browsers into buyers, across a portfolio of brands.

This is design with a scoreboard. You will see which creative converts and which does not, and you will iterate fast on the evidence. We care about work that performs, not just work that looks good, and you will have the range and the speed to deliver both across formats and brands.

What You’ll Do

The work itself.

  • Design and edit creative for Amazon listings, A+ content, advertising assets, and brand stores.
  • Produce performance-ready creative for paid social and marketplace ads.
  • Work to the visual standards of high-converting commerce content.
  • Iterate fast within tight brief cycles across multiple brands.
What You’ll Bring

What a strong candidate looks like.

2 to 4 years in graphic or creative design, ideally for e-commerce or D2C brands. If you are close to this and exceptional, we still want to hear from you.

  • A strong portfolio (required), ideally with e-commerce or D2C brand work.
  • Command of the standard design toolset.
  • An eye for what converts, not just what looks good.
  • Speed and range across formats and brands.
