Blue Meridian Advisory is an operator-led e-commerce growth firm founded by three ex-Amazon leaders who built the category, compliance, and seller growth systems that Amazon’s best sellers run on. Between us we have more than 21 combined years inside Amazon and oversight of over $2B in marketplace GMS across five global markets. We are early-stage and fast-moving, which means you work directly with the founders, you see the whole picture, and the work you do shows up in the numbers quickly.

The Role

Why this role matters.

Most brands treat Amazon advertising as a budget question. We treat it as a data problem, and we win on it. You will own that discipline across multiple accounts: building campaign architecture from a blank page, finding the keywords that convert, and defending an ACOS and TACoS trajectory that actually moves the P&L.

This is hands-on, high-leverage work. The decisions you make in the ads console show up directly in a brand’s margin and rank. You will be backed by the Meridian Intelligence Layer, our own tooling that decodes keyword landscapes and bid structures, so you spend your time on judgement, not on grunt work.

What You’ll Do

The work itself.

  • Build campaign architecture from scratch across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Own keyword strategy and bid optimisation across multiple client accounts.
  • Manage the ACOS and TACoS trajectory and defend agreed targets.
  • Run negative keyword harvesting and competitor-ASIN targeting.
  • Report on what moved and why, not just what the numbers were.
What You’ll Bring

  • Deep command of the Amazon ads console and campaign mechanics.
  • Strong analytical instincts; you read data quickly and act on it.
  • Fluency with ACOS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, and ROAS, and what each one is telling you.
  • The discipline to optimise patiently rather than chase vanity metrics.
