Blue Meridian Advisory is an operator-led e-commerce growth firm founded by three ex-Amazon leaders who built the category, compliance, and seller growth systems that Amazon’s best sellers run on. We bring that same operating discipline to mid-market consumer brands, running their growth across marketplaces, quick commerce, and D2C.

Between us we have more than 21 combined years inside Amazon and oversight of over $2B in marketplace GMS across five global markets. We are early-stage and fast-moving, which means you work directly with the founders, you see the whole picture, and the work you do shows up in the numbers quickly.

The Role

Why this role matters.

This is the role that holds the whole account together. You are the person who knows the state of every listing, every campaign, and every inventory position, and who decides what to act on next. When a brand grows on Amazon, it is usually because someone ran the operating model with discipline week after week. That someone is you.

You will own the entire operation, from catalogue health to the weekly cadence that keeps the account compounding. The founders set the strategy with the client. You make it real.

What You’ll Do

The work itself.

  • Run the weekly operating rhythm for your client accounts: performance review, action list, and follow-through.
  • Manage listings, catalogue health, and content quality so products index and convert to Amazon’s standards.
  • Monitor performance, inventory, and account health, and resolve issues before they suppress sales.
  • Coordinate advertising and pricing actions with the ads and strategy teams.
  • Own execution of the client’s growth plan and report clearly on what moved and why.
What You’ll Bring

What a strong candidate looks like.

2 to 4 years in marketplace or e-commerce account management, or in seller operations. If you are close to this and exceptional, we still want to hear from you.

  • Fluency with Amazon Seller Central and the mechanics of marketplace operations.
  • Strong operating discipline: you are organised, you follow through, and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Comfort with data and weekly cadences; you make decisions from the numbers.
  • Clear written communication for client-facing reporting.
